Refund & Cancellation Policy

Asking for a quote costs nothing and doesn’t commit you. You can stop at any time before you confirm an order.

You can cancel by contacting us. What happens to any advance you paid depends on how far the work has gone:

• Order confirmed, design and production not started: we refund your advance in full, or after deducting only costs we have already incurred (for example materials already ordered for you), which we will show you.
• Design started: we refund your advance after deducting the design work done and any costs already incurred.
• Production started or materials cut to your size: because the item is custom-made, the advance is generally not refundable, as the work cannot be reused. If we can reuse the materials, we will credit their value.
• Ready or delivered: custom-made items can’t be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. Faults are dealt with under section 3.

If we cancel (for example we can’t make it to the agreed specification), we will refund what you paid for the part we did not deliver.

If your item arrives damaged, does not match the confirmed order, or has a fault covered by your warranty, tell us as soon as you can — photos help. We will, at our option and where reasonable, repair it, replace it, or refund you for the affected part. Service requests can be made on the support page.

Approved refunds are paid back through the same route you paid us (for example the same bank account), after we agree the amount with you. We will tell you the amount and when to expect it.

Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law. If you are unhappy with how we handled something, contact us first and we will try to put it right.
